Come and join our mat Pilates class, suited for all fitness levels. This full-body workout strengthens your core, arms, and legs with controlled movements to improve flexibility, posture, and overall wellbeing. Feel stronger and move better in a supportive and friendly environment. Please bring your own workout mat and drink bottle.

Mondays and Tuesdays 7:30pm – 8:15pm
Tuesday mornings 6:00am – 6:45am (starting 3 February)
Thursdays 6:30pm – 7:15pm and 7:30pm – 8:15pm

$10 per session
