Gentle Exercise for Wellbeing

Join a welcoming, low-impact class designed to help you boost your strength, improve flexibility, and feel great in your everyday life.

Delivered in partnership with Endeavour Hills Leisure Centre, this Gentle Exercise for Wellbeing program offers a safe, supportive space to focus on your body. Using gentle, seated exercises with a Pilates focus, you will move at a comfortable pace while building your physical confidence, enhancing your mobility, and supporting your overall health. It is the perfect, pressure-free environment to nurture your body and mind.

Please note that this class is currently running as a 4-week trial. Once successful, you can look forward to the sessions continuing on a weekly basis during school terms. Come along, try it out, and take a positive step for your health today!
