Delivered in partnership with Endeavour Hills Leisure Centre, this Gentle Exercise for Wellbeing program offers a safe, supportive space to focus on your body. Using gentle, seated exercises with a Pilates focus, you will move at a comfortable pace while building your physical confidence, enhancing your mobility, and supporting your overall health. It is the perfect, pressure-free environment to nurture your body and mind.
