Creative Mindfulness

Join Creative Mindfulness for workshops using art as a tool for mindfulness, meditation, and creativity to reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance overall wellbeing through expression and presence in the moment.

Creative Mindfulness is using the act of creating art as a way to be pre-sent in the moment. We will be presenting workshops that incorporate mindfulness, mediation and creativity as a way to combine mediums in a manner to reduce stress, anxiety and to enhance quality of life. Improve your wellbeing and use art as a means of expression.
