At our positive thinking class, you will discover how to make your mind your best friend through open-eyed meditation. This easy form of meditation can be practiced anywhere and will teach you to understand aspects of yourself, the power of your thoughts, and how meditation can help you overcome stress, worry, and daily challenges. By maintaining a positive and loving mindset, you can unlock your full potential. Reflection exercises can be completed using a notebook brought to class. Casey U3A membership is required to attend. Don’t hesitate to join our class and learn to master your mind and emotions.
