Our experienced instructors use a variety of techniques, including standing exercises for balance and posture, seated exercises for deep core and hip strength, and floor exercises to tone the whole body. Our gentle workout class is suitable for all ages and most abilities, so everyone can take part. All our exercises are Pilates-based, ensuring that every movement is designed to improve your everyday life.
