Gentle Exercise–Functional Fitness

Enhance your movement and strengthen your body with our gentle exercise class. Incorporating Pilates exercises, this class will improve posture, mobility, and bone density for a stronger, more active lifestyle.

Join our standing and seated gentle exercise class and experience the benefits of Pilates exercises. These exercises will help you move with ease, stand taller, and feel stronger. Improve your overall movement and enhance bone density for a better quality of life. On Fridays, bring your own resistance band for added workout intensity, while on Tuesdays, bring your own resistance bar.
